Card Pix withdrawal didn't arrive in my bank account
Check the status of a Pix withdrawal from your Picnic Card, find returned funds in the app or on the web, and learn when to contact support.
Updated November 5, 2026
Did your Pix withdrawal leave your Picnic Card but not reach the destination bank account? Your money is safe. Check the withdrawal status and where the funds are before trying again.
1. If the withdrawal is processing
In most cases, Pix arrives within seconds. Banking network issues may extend this by a few minutes.
If the app shows Under review, the funds are reserved during a routine review. This usually finishes within a few hours and can take up to 1 business day. Do not try again while the previous withdrawal is still in progress.
2. If the withdrawal failed or was returned
If a step in the withdrawal fails, the funds may return to your Picnic Account instead of going straight back to your card balance. You can view and move this balance in the app or on the web.
In the app
- On the home screen, check your Picnic Account balance.
- Tap Pay.
- Select Brazil, then choose Pix transfer.
- Enter the amount and the destination account's Pix key. You can send it to your own account or a third party's account.
- Review and confirm.
On the web
- Go to usepicnic.com and log in.
- Open Deposits and Withdrawals.
- Select Withdrawal and bank transfer.
- Choose BRL (Real), then My bank account.
- Enter the amount and Pix key, review and confirm.
3. If the withdrawal shows as completed
Check the account linked to the Pix key you entered and confirm with the recipient whether the funds arrived.
If the withdrawal shows as completed but the funds have not arrived, or if a review takes longer than 1 business day, contact our team via chat at https://usepicnic.com/support. Include the amount and time of the transaction to help us investigate.
Pix withdrawals may be sent to your own account or a third party's account. Pix deposits into Picnic must come from an account held by the Picnic account holder.
