Crypto Transaction Fees on Picnic
How conversion and send fees for crypto work on Picnic, in the app and on the web.

When you move crypto on Picnic, there are two kinds of movements: conversions (exchange one asset for another) and sends (transfer to another wallet). Both are available in the app and on the web.
Key points:
- The conversion fee depends on the pair of assets, not on the network. Moving the same asset from one network to another (USDC on Polygon → USDC on Base) has no Picnic fee. Between assets of the same currency (USDC ↔ USDT) the fee is lower. For all other pairs (USDC ↔ BRLA, buying bitcoin) it is a bit higher.
- Across networks, on top of the pair's Picnic fee, there may be a bridge cost and a network fee. Everything is shown on the confirmation screen.
- Sending on the same network has no Picnic fee. Picnic covers the network fee for you, except on Ethereum mainnet.
- Sending to another network goes through a conversion. If the destination is the same asset (USDC to USDC), there is no Picnic fee. If it is a different version of the asset (UBTC to WBTC), the conversion fee applies.
Exact Picnic fees and the network fees for each case are in the Complete Picnic fee table.
